ROSS – Law Enforcement reports an accident on US Route 23 at the mile marker 15 just north of the scales just outside of Chillicothe.
Early reports were of a car into the guardrail, accident with injuries and 700 squad has already requested mutual aid from another fire-department. This will most likely slow down commute in this area.
