Pickaway County – Is your child turning 5 by August 1st, 2024? If so, it’s time to register them for Kindergarten at Logan Elm School District! Here’s how:
Eligibility:
- Children residing in the Logan Elm School District who will be 5 years old by August 1st, 2024 are eligible.
Enrollment Process:
- Online Registration: Start by completing the online registration form at https://www.loganelm.org/StudentEnrollmentCenter.
- Screening Appointment: Call the Logan Elm Enrollment Center at 740-477-4445 to schedule a screening appointment for your child. Screenings will be held on March 21st & 22nd, 2024 at the McDowell Education Center (9579 Tarlton Road, Circleville).
- Gather Required Documents: Bring the following documents to the screening appointment:
- Parent ID (driver’s license)
- Child’s birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Child’s social security card
- Copy of applicable custody papers
- Proof of residency (utility bill, rent receipt, etc.)
Open Enrollment:
Students residing outside the district can apply for Open Enrollment.
- Contact the District Office at 740-474-7501 to obtain an application.
- Submit your application by June 1st, 2024.
- Decisions on Open Enrollment applications will be made after June 1st based on Board policy and class size limits.
