DAYTON – A week after a deadly event that left nine dead and several dozens people injured when Connor Betts open fired on a crowd of people in the Dayton area, now authorities are charging a friend that allegedly lied on federal firearms forms.
Today at 2 pm authorities will unseal charges against that friend in court, and have a press conference.
