Charles “Brandon” Downs passed away unexpectedly with his fiancé and family by his side on Saturday, November 18, 2023 after a long battle with cardiac issues. Brandon was a staple in our Circleville community due to his well-known shop, Tint Worx Auto Spa. Starting from his tiny garage he built to what it is today with his never-ending dedication and work ethics. He was an avid lover of trucks, bikes and anything he could make his own style which was like none others. Brandon was born January 14, 1986 in Lubbock, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father Michael Downs. Brandon left behind his ride or die, Lindsey Large, three children Jayden, Trenity and Payton; his mother Tammy Downs McCaffrey; sister Taylor Stepp and nieces Cheyenne and Candace; numerous friends and family will forever miss his quick-witted comments, his appreciation for everyone around him and his overall presence. Until we ride again! A memorial will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 from 4-7 p.m. at the VFW, Circleville for friends and family. Turn up for Downs Benefit will be held on Friday, December 8, 2023 from 7-11 p.m. at the Amvets, Circleville which is open to the public.
