If you’re impatient for the Christmas Tour of Homes in a week, you can find some relief in the Chillicothe Christmas Church Walk tomorrow.
I believe this is the third year for the lighted holiday walk. It will be 5 to 8pm Saturday, December 2nd. From their entry in the online calendar of the Ross-Chillicothe Convention & Visitors Bureau:
“An outdoor walk starting at the First Wesleyan Church at 89 South Mulberry Street. We will visit three other churches in the Chillicothe downtown area. A musical presentation and a bit of church history is provided at each church.
“Tickets are available at the Ross/Chillicothe Convention and Visitor’s Bureau 230 N. Plaza Blvd., Chillicothe Ohio and on Event Bright. Paper tickets cost $10, $15 at the door, and $13 on EventBright.
“All proceeds after tax and fees are donated to the Adena Hospital Foundation’s Women and Children’s Fund.”
The walk walk includes First Wesleyan Church, Calvary Lutheran Church, St. Paul Episcopal Church, and Quinn Chapel A.M.E Church. You can learn more in their Facebook page.
