The City of Chillicothe will expand its annual community yard sale to occur in conjunction with the City’s large item pickup. This means that the community yard sale will occur for five consecutive weekends. Community yard sales will occur the week before residents’ large-item pick-up (schedule below).
Those who wish to participate in their assigned weekend will have their permit fee waived. Those holding a yard sale on a weekend that does not correspond to their large item pick-up must pay the standard $5.00 fee. By spreading out yard sale weekends, we hope that residents will be able to visit more sales.
