Chillicothe OH- According to a statement Court Officers were at Dayton St. Apartment on an eviction when they located a suspicious device which was made to appear to be a pipe bomb.
Chillicothe Police Officers responded and cleared the area for safety while the Columbus Fire Department Bomb Squad responded and rendered the device safe.
The investigation continues and the case will be sent to the Ross County Prosecutor for potential charges.
