Chillicothe, OH — On September 9, 2024, Chillicothe police apprehended Myron Fuller, who was found riding a bicycle near the intersection of North Hickory Street and Race Street. Fuller was known to have an outstanding warrant.

During a routine patrol, Officer Lance Canterbury identified Fuller and made the arrest. Fuller was transported to the Ross County Jail (RCJ), where he was served with a Failure to Appear (FTA) warrant related to a previous charge of Receiving Stolen Property.

In the process of the arrest, officers discovered a soft plastic container containing a suspected controlled substance in Fuller’s right front coin pocket. Fuller claimed that the pants he was wearing did not belong to him.

Fuller was taken into custody without incident. His bicycle, along with additional items including two auto batteries and a backpack, were secured for safekeeping. The investigation into the suspected controlled substance is ongoing.
