Chillicothe, OH (January 29, 2025) — The Chillicothe Police Department responded to a series of incidents throughout the city on January 28, 2025. Below is a summary of some of the key cases:

  • Disorderly Conduct and Domestic Disputes: Officers handled multiple disorderly conduct complaints throughout the day. The first occurred at 12:21 AM on Allen Avenue, where a third party reported the incident. A second disorderly conduct complaint was reported on North Poplar Street at 10:31 AM, stemming from a verbal domestic dispute. At 5:06 PM, officers responded to a disorderly report at 1111 E Main St, resulting in a summons being issued.
  • Drug and Warrant Arrests: Officers made a series of arrests related to drugs and outstanding warrants. At 2:41 AM on Eastern Avenue, an individual was arrested for possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia, and an outstanding warrant. Another arrest related to a warrant was made at 9:50 AM on Riverside Street. Later in the day, at 9:50 AM, officers responded to 1400 N Bridge St, where they issued a summons for criminal trespassing to Linda Etterling, who had been previously barred from the property.

  • Additional Incidents: Officers responded to various calls related to criminal mischief, breaking and entering, and found property. Notably, a criminal mischief report was filed at 4:40 PM at 1111 E Main St, and a breaking and entering complaint was reported at Trippie’s Laundromat on South Walnut Street at 12:24 PM.
