Chillicothe Police Department Responds to Various Incidents on July 22

The Chillicothe Police Department responded to several incidents on July 22, ranging from domestic violence to theft and disorderly conduct.

At 00:08 hours, officers were dispatched to Rally’s on N. Bridge St for a welfare check. Later, at 01:26 hours, they responded to a suspicious person at the Certified gas station on N. Bridge St, resulting in charges for possession of drugs and use/possess drug paraphernalia.

A missing juvenile was reported at 71 N Sugar Street at 04:05 hours. Officers also responded to a noise complaint at 169 Hirn St at 05:21 hours, resulting in charges for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

A male subject with multiple stab wounds was found near Hopetown Rd and N. Bridge St at 06:49 hours. An investigation is pending.

Matthew K Walker was charged with disorderly conduct after an assault complaint at 400 block of N High St at 08:35 hours.

Other incidents included a found credit card, a motor vehicle crash, a possible stolen vehicle, and various traffic citations.

A juvenile arrest was made following an assault at Poland Park, and a theft complaint was filed at Game On in Central Center.

The Chillicothe Police Department continues to investigate these incidents.
