CHILLICOTHE – A warrant has been issued for a man who assaulted a pregnant woman and threatened her child with a knife.
According to the Chillicothe Police department on 11/22/21 at 3:41 a 911 call came in reference to domestic violence on Sugar Tree Road. When officers arrived they found a pregnant woman in distress.
The woman claimed that the unborn child father physically assaulted her, threatened her unborn child with a knife, then stole things from her and left.
The police department was able to gather enough evidence to issue a warrant for his arrest for the crimes. Currently, the man is on the run.
