Chillicothe, OH – December 27, 2024 – The Chillicothe Police Department reported a series of incidents occurring throughout the city on December 26, 2024. Below is a summary of notable cases from that day:

  • Theft at BP Station
    Officers responded to a theft incident at BP, located at 1141 E. Main St., at approximately 1:48 a.m. A report was taken, and the investigation is ongoing.
  • Disturbance and OVI
    At 2:40 a.m., officers were dispatched to 232 S. Paint St. regarding a disturbance. The case involves criminal trespass and operating a vehicle under the influence (OVI).
  • Theft Complaint
    At 10:43 a.m., officers took a report of theft without consent on Columbus St. The investigation is continuing.
  • Criminal Trespass Reports
    Several reports of criminal trespass were filed, including one at Lincoln Ave. around noon, where a resident requested to bar a relative from her property, and another at Leggett Ave. at 1:08 p.m., concerning a male needing to be barred from the property.
  • Unruly Juvenile
    A report regarding an unruly juvenile was received at 12:47 p.m. in the area of N. Paint St., and another case was reported later in the day at 6:10 p.m. on Burbridge St., which also involved a missing person.
  • Theft Incidents
