Traffic Stops and Violations In the early hours of November 3, an officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of E Main St. and Hickory, resulting in a citation for expired vehicle registration and driving under suspension. Shortly after, police responded to a warrant-related call on N Paint St.
Domestic Disturbances The CPD received multiple reports of domestic disturbances, including a serious incident at 849 E 4th St. where a domestic violence complaint involving strangulation was reported. Investigations are ongoing in these cases.
Disorderly Conduct A call about a potential fight at 10 Consumer Center Drive led to an investigation into disorderly conduct involving intoxication. Another incident of disorderly conduct was reported at the same address just minutes later, highlighting ongoing concerns about safety in the area.
Child Welfare and Menacing Incidents Officers were dispatched to Penn Station regarding an unruly child, while a menacing complaint was received from a residence on Locust Street. Both incidents are under investigation.
