Chillicothe Police Respond to Multiple Incidents on February 18

CHILLICOTHE, OH – The Chillicothe Police Department responded to a variety of incidents on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, including disorderly conduct, trespassing, theft, and multiple warrant arrests.

🔹 Disorderly Conduct & Trespassing:

  • Officers responded to multiple disorderly conduct reports throughout the day, including calls at S. Brownell St., S. Paint St., and N. Bridge St.
  • Criminal trespassing incidents were reported at E. Second St., Valero on N. Bridge St., and E. Main St. Investigations into these disturbances are ongoing.

🔹 Criminal Activity & Investigations:

  • A theft, criminal trespass, and vandalism case was reported at Valero on N. Bridge St.
  • A hit-and-run accident occurred at the same location, where an unknown vehicle backed into a Dodge Caravan before leaving the scene.
  • Criminal mischief was reported at N. Hickory St., linked to a domestic dispute.

🔹 Traffic Stops & Warrant Arrests:

  • Officers conducted multiple traffic stops, including one on N. Watt St. for expired plates and another on S. Bridge St. for operating a vehicle with an invalid plate.
  • Two warrants were served on N. Paint St. and E. 8th St., with investigations still in progress.
  • A driver was cited for driving under suspension (DUS) near S. Hickory St.

🔹 Ongoing Investigations:
Authorities are still looking into several disorderly conduct cases, including an incident at 1390 N. Bridge St., where officers responded to a fight or threatening behavior.

In total, 17 incidents were reported throughout the day. The Chillicothe Police Department urges residents to stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity.
