Chillicothe Police Respond to Multiple Incidents on March 29, 2025

CIRCLEVILLE, OH – The Chillicothe Police Department had a busy day on March 29, 2025, responding to a variety of incidents, including thefts, warrants, assaults, and a missing juvenile.

Traffic and Curfew Violations
At 1:13 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on South Watt Street, issuing a citation for driving under suspension due to FRA and random verification suspension. Later, at 3:26 a.m., officers responded to Tiffin Towers, where four juveniles were reportedly breaking into cars in the parking lot. The investigation into the curfew violation remains ongoing.

Criminal Trespass and Disorderly Conduct
Authorities were dispatched at 2:39 a.m. to 61 N Bridge Street for a disorderly conduct complaint. Another trespassing case occurred at 11:16 a.m. on Buckeye Street, where a resident reported Ricky Detillion for repeatedly entering the property despite warnings. A BOLO was issued to keep him off the premises. Later in the day, at 9:43 p.m., officers responded to Taco Bell on N Bridge Street for a criminal trespassing and assault complaint.

Theft and Burglary Reports
At 3:07 a.m., an employee flagged down an officer on N Bridge Street regarding an active theft complaint. The suspect was later arrested. Additional thefts were reported throughout the day, including at 3:01 p.m. on McKeller Street, where officers were dispatched to investigate a burglary. Investigations remain ongoing.

Assault and Disorderly Conduct
At 4:21 p.m., police responded to Rasin’ Canes on N Bridge Street for an assault complaint. Later that night, officers were dispatched to 4 Tomahawk in response to a domestic disturbance involving disorderly conduct.

Missing Persons Cases
Two missing person cases were reported, one at 9:46 a.m. when officers were dispatched to the Law Complex for a missing juvenile, and another at 7:27 p.m. at 506 Lincoln Park regarding a missing child. Both cases are still under investigation.

Warrants Served
Throughout the day, officers responded to multiple active warrants. At 12:19 p.m., they were dispatched to the Ross County Jail for a female with an outstanding warrant. Additional warrant-related incidents occurred at 5:08 p.m. on N Paint Street and at 7:30 p.m. in Poland Park, where a suspect also faced obstruction charges.

Other Incidents
At 2:26 p.m., officers responded to an open burn complaint on E Main Street. Additionally, at 7:09 p.m., authorities were dispatched to a Quality Inn on N Plaza Boulevard for a suicide attempt, and the investigation is ongoing.
