Chillicothe – Shots have been fired again in the east area of Chillicothe overnight.
According to the Chillicothe police department on February 28th officers responded to the area of 600 block of East Water Street after multiple 911 calls came into the system on the call of gunfire.
When they arrived multiple neighbors reported that shots were fired, and one neighbor reported finding a spend 9 mm casing in the alley. After police investigated they found two more casings of the same caliber in the area of the alley at 29 N McArthur St.
Police collected the evidence, and took statements but did not find any property damage. The investigation is ongoing
