Circleville -Two people were sent to prison for serious crimes involving children this week.
According to Circleville Police department they were made aware of possible unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in December of 2022 and started an investigation that led to the arrest and charges against 35 year old Justin Roush and 33 year old Ashley Loudermilk. In the report Roush was implicated in a sexual relationship with a minor, using marijuana as trade for sex. Loudermilk was charged with endangering children due to supplying the marijuana and having a home that was “unfit” for living including large piles of trash, dirty clothing and sell of raw sewage, after a search warrant was executed at their home at 379 Walnut Creek pike.
This week in court Justin Rouch plead guilty to sexual battery and was sentenced to 10 years in prison 1,500 dollar fine, and will be classified as a tier 3 offender for the rest of his life.
Loudermilk plead guilty to endangering children and was sentenced to 36 months in prison and a 1,000 dollar fine.
