- The Kroger Co #844, located at 175 Lancaster Pike
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 28 percent, he will receive approximately $11,520.
Billion is a $50 scratch-off with a top prize of $1 million a year for 20 years. As of January 8, three top prizes remain in this game.
