CIRCLEVILLE OHIO – On Friday Morning, the Circleville Police Department released a public service announcement regarding drug possession:
“Please, if you should decide to wear someone else’s pants check to make sure they do not contain illegal items such as drugs, weapons, or stolen property.
All too often we locate illegal items stowed in someone’s pockets and the common answer seems to be “they’re not my pants”. We do try to be understanding, but this is not a defense to possible criminal charges. “
