CIRCLEVILLE, OH – The Circleville Police Department responded to a range of incidents on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, including multiple warrant arrests, business checks, and calls for public safety.
Warrant Arrests and Investigations:
Officers conducted several warrant investigations throughout the day, making arrests on Town Street, Dunmore Road, East Franklin Street, and East Ohio Street. However, other warrant-related calls resulted in officers unable to locate suspects at locations such as Kingston Court, Logan Street, and South Washington Street.
Traffic Stops and Public Safety Checks:
Police issued warnings following traffic stops on North Court Street and Turner Drive. Additionally, officers conducted business checks on South Court Street, East Main Street, and Lancaster Pike, all of which were found to be secure.
Fraud, Threats, and Disturbances:
A fraud report was taken on Avon Drive, while a threats/harassment call on Forest Drive did not require further action. Officers also responded to a disturbance on Lancaster Pike, which was checked and deemed safe.
911 Calls and Suspicious Activity:
Police investigated two 911 hang-ups, one on Atwater Avenue and another on North Court Street, both of which were resolved without issue. A suspicious person report on South Court Street did not result in a report being filed.
Domestic Incident Reported:
Later in the evening, officers responded to a domestic disturbance on Lancaster Pike, where a report was taken for further review.
