Circleville Police Respond to Multiple Incidents on October 22

Circleville, OH – The Circleville Police Department handled a range of incidents throughout the city on October 22, 2024, including traffic stops, property damage reports, and domestic disturbances.

Early in the morning, officers conducted a traffic stop on Lancaster Pike, issuing a warning shortly after midnight. A warrant was reported on Island Road shortly thereafter, leading to an investigation.

Throughout the day, several property damage incidents were recorded, including two reports on South Court Street and West Main Street. An accident on Northridge Road was also documented, but fortunately, it resulted in no injuries.

In the afternoon, police responded to a domestic disturbance on Cedar Heights Road, which resulted in the transport of one individual to the hospital. A well-being check on East Main Street later in the day also led to another transport to the hospital.

Police were alerted to an alarm drop on North Court Street, which was determined to be a false alarm. Several traffic stops were conducted on South Pickaway Street, with warnings issued to drivers.

An incident of reported fraud on South Pickaway Street was cleared, and there were additional calls concerning neighbor troubles on Lynwood Avenue, resulting in an arrest. An animal call on South Pickaway Street was also addressed.

Overall, the Circleville Police Department logged a total of 17 incidents for the day, demonstrating their ongoing commitment to community safety and response.
