PICKAWAY – Pickaway Bowling has started rolling, with hopes to complete they year with several very good teams.
Circleville Tigers did not perform as well as expected against the Logan Elm Braves in their season opener. The Braves defeated the Tigers 2009-1396 in a pretty heavy pin count victory.
With the closure of bowling centers earlier in the year and the cases of covid in the community rising the future for the season is uncertain. Coach Sam Shaw believes this team may be the team that earns a spot in-state competition.
“We are excited to watch this team compete this year- they’ve worked hard and they have a real opportunity to go far,” said Shaw
The Braves will play in the kick off tournament this Friday at Shawnee Lanes.
