CIRCLEVILLE
Jason Baker Sr., 47, of the 200 block of Atlantis Rd. Chillicothe pled guilty to Aggravated Possession of Drugs, Trafficking in Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine, and Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. He was sentenced to 8 years in prison.
Amanda J Carter, 37, of the 100 block of Hudson Avenue, Franklin Ohio, was charged with Illegal Conveyance of Prohibited Items onto the Grounds of a Detention Facility. She pled guilty, and a presentence investigation is being conducted.
Timothy Clements Sr, 37, of the 100 block fo York Street, Circleville, was charged with Violation of Community Control. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 30 days in county jail, and complete an Intensive Supervision Program.
Manuel R. Cunningham, 38, of 1214 Smith Rd. Columbus, was charged with Aggravated Possession of Drugs and Possession of Cocaine. He pleaded guilty, and was sentenced to 2 years in prison and forfeiture of $1,313.00.
Amy R. Dean, 35, of the 1900 block of Gabrielle Drive, Columbus, was charged with Theft of a Motor Vehicle. She pleaded guilty and was served with a 16 month suspended sentence, restitution of $4,094.15, 3 years on Community Control, and 6 months at a Community Based Correction Facility.
Daniel W. Evans, 39, of the 500 block of Tower Court, Circleville was charged with Attempted Aggravated Possession of Drugs and Aggravated Possession of Drugs. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced with 3 years of intervention.
Joshua M. Findon, 38, of the 400 block of Sayton Avenue, Columbus, was charged with Theft. He pleaded guilty, and was served a 1 year suspended sentence, 3 years on Community Control, and 6 months at a Community Based Correction Facility.
Ricky J. Giffin Jr. of the 100 block of Logan Street, Circleville, was charged with Trafficking in Marijuana and Possession of Drugs. He pleaded guilty and was given an 18 month suspended sentence, 3 years in community control, a 6-month sentence at a Community Based Correction Facility, and an Intensive Supervision Program.
Linda M Hoskin, 44, of the 12000 block of Dutcher St. Detroit Michigan, was charged with Theft and Forgery. She pleaded not guilty, and a pre-trial is set for 10/13/2017.
Amber, 35, of the 12000 block of Graham Drive, Orient, was charged with Theft of Unemployment Benefits. She pleaded not guilty, and a pre-trial is set for 10/13/2017.
Mary L. Slutz-Young, 41, of the 2200 block of Stone Road, Chillicothe, was charged with Possession of Cocaine, and Illegal Conveyance of Items onto the Grounds of a Detention Facility. She pleaded guilty, and was served a 3 year suspended sentence, and 3 years community control.
Shannon R. Walker, 43, of the 4700 block of Glenncross Court, Grove City, was charged with 2 counts of Vehicular Homicide and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence. She pleaded not guilty, and a pre-trial is set for 10/13/2017.
