Yesterday in Common Pleas Court, the pre-sentence investigation for Julie Gloyd was completed and was sentenced to a $41,176 restitution in regards to two fourth-degree felony counts concerning Medicaid eligibility fraud and illegal use of the WIC (Women Infants Children) program benefits.
On 5/11/2018, a trial notice was filed for treatment in lieu of conviction, and Gloyd was sentenced to 3 years of intervention during the verdict today in Common Pleas Court. The indictment was originally filed on April 6th, 2018.
