Joshua D. Kinnaman, age 39 of the 200 block of Crites Road, Circleville OH was charged with Violation of Terms of Intervention. He pleaded guilty and was ordered to complete the STAR Community Based Correctional Facility Program as well as an Intensive Supervision Probation.
Donald E. McQuitty, age 32 currently residing at the Lebanon Correctional Institution at 3791 SR 63, Lebanon OH was charged with Complicity to Illegal Conveyance of Prohibited Items on Grounds of Detention Facility. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to a 12-month consecutive prison term from Agulaize County, OH.
Steven Z Young, age 26 of the 1000 block of Sunshine St, Circleville OH, was charged with Theft. He pleaded not guilty, and pre-trial is set for 10/13/2017.
