  • Anthony M. Giffin, aged 25, residing at 466 Dearborn Ave., Circleville, OH, appeared in court facing a charge of theft. Giffin entered a plea of not guilty (NG) and is scheduled for a pretrial hearing on May 10.
  • Ashley M. Johnson, aged 37, of 712 Markham Rd., Waverly, OH, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs and illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility. Johnson pleaded guilty (G) and was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
