Escaped Prisoner UPDATE: – Dangerous Grove City Kidnapper Escapes Police, Invades Home

Lancaster, OH – June 13, 2024 – The Lancaster Police Department is urgently seeking public assistance in locating an escaped prisoner, Quinntel Maurice Bagley, who managed to flee from custody while being transported after receiving treatment at Fairfield Medical Center.

Escape Details:

  • Age: 38
  • Height: 6’0″
  • Weight: 212 lbs
  • Hair: Black
  • Eyes: Brown
  • Clothing: Last seen wearing a black shirt and black shorts

At approximately 1:22pm this afternoon, the Lancaster Police Department responded to Fairfield Medical Center to assist Grove City Police with searching for a prisoner that escaped custody of Grove City Police officers during escort. According to Grove City Police, the escapee, Quinntel Maurice Bagley, fled into a parking garage area. Lancaster Police Department officers arrived on scene to assist with the search.

A short time later, a person matching Bagley’s description entered an occupied home in the 700 block of Pleasantville Road, Lancaster. The suspect obtained control of the homeowner’s vehicle and fled to the southeast Columbus, Ohio area. Hours later police found the vehicle in the Southeast Columbus area.

Bagley is considered to be dangerous, and members of the public should not approach him under any circumstance. Contact 911 immediately if you have information on Bagley’s location.

The Lancaster Police Department’s detective bureau is actively investigating the home invasion and subsequent criminal acts that took place at the Pleasantville Road location.
