Lancaster, Ohio – The Fairfield County Municipal Court has released its criminal dispositions for the week of September 2 to September 6, 2024. The cases, involving various offenses, reflect a range of fines, jail time, and suspended sentences.

  • Barton D. Hart, 46, of Lancaster, was fined $180 for a theft charge occurring on April 6, 2024.
  • Samantha Jarvis, 35, of Lancaster, faced a $25 fine and a 90-day jail sentence (with a 90-day suspension) for animal abandonment on May 1, 2024.
  • Ralph Johnson, 51, of Blacklick, was fined $25 and received a 170-day jail sentence (with a 170-day suspension) for violating a protection order on May 15, 2024.
  • Dustin D. Mulholland, 43, of Lancaster, was fined $25 and received a 180-day jail sentence (with a 165-day suspension) for aggravated menacing on October 13, 2023. He also faced additional charges of inducing panic, fined $25 with a 180-day jail sentence (with a 180-day suspension), and resisting arrest, fined $25 with a 90-day jail sentence (with a 90-day suspension).

  • Jacob C. Hedges, 21, of Thurston, was fined $25 and sentenced to 180 days in jail (with a 180-day suspension) for assault on April 27, 2024.
  • Owen M. Fausnaugh, 21, of Circleville, was fined $25 and sentenced to 180 days in jail (with a 180-day suspension) for aggravated menacing on May 19, 2024.
