Fairfield County Municipal Court Releases Criminal Dispositions for Early February

LANCASTER, OH – The Fairfield County Municipal Court has released its criminal dispositions for the week of February 3, 2025, to February 7, 2025, detailing cases of domestic violence, theft, assault, and other offenses.

Domestic Violence and Assault Cases

  • Alan R. Preston (Groveport, OH) faced domestic violence (M1) charges and was fined $25, sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended.
  • Naomi R. Hadley (Lancaster, OH) was convicted of domestic violence (M1) and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 173 days suspended.
  • Skylar R. Wright (Lancaster, OH) was found guilty of assault (M1) and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 178 days suspended.
  • Destinee Fisher (Lancaster, OH) was also convicted of assault (M1) and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 179 days suspended.

Theft and Property Crimes

  • William E. Foreman, listed as homeless, was convicted of theft (M1) and sentenced to 80 days in jail.
  • Osman Ahmed (South Point, OH) was found guilty of theft (M1) and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 173 days suspended.
  • Erik E. Havrebeg (Columbus, OH) faced charges of criminal damaging/endangerment (M2) and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 90 days suspended.

Menacing and Protection Order Violations

  • Kellie R. Stinson (Pataskala, OH) was convicted of aggravated menacing (M1) and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 179 days suspended.
  • Stephan B. Smith (Lancaster, OH) was also found guilty of aggravated menacing (M1) and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 180 days suspended.
  • David J. Walton (Etna, OH) and Alan R. Preston (Groveport, OH) were both convicted of violating a protection order (M1) and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 178 days suspended.

Drug and Disorderly Conduct Charges

  • Sierra M. Mcconaha (Lancaster, OH) faced charges of possession of drug abuse instruments (M1) and criminal damaging/endangerment (M2), receiving jail sentences of 90 and 52 days, respectively.
