Fairfield County has once again secured a prestigious accolade as a Top Workplace for the third consecutive year, according to Columbus CEO Magazine Top Workplaces and USA Today. The recognition, awarded by employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey conducted by Energage LLC, underscores the county’s commitment to fostering an exceptional workplace environment.
“We are thrilled and deeply honored to be recognized as the Top Workplace 2024 in Columbus CEO and USA Today,” said Steve Davis, Fairfield County Commissioner. “This prestigious award is a testament to our unwavering dedication to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and empowerment for our employees in Fairfield County. It reaffirms our commitment to providing an exceptional workplace experience.”
The Top Workplaces USA honor celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have cultivated exceptional cultures. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Results are determined by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 culture drivers proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
