Fairfield County – Fairfield County raided a location that was operating a illegal Casino yesterday
According to the Sheriff’s department, on September 19th, 2023, the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau served a search warrant at 2439 Columbus-Lancaster Road in reference to an illegally operating casino.
Citizen tips have come into the Sheriff’s Office concerning the casino and incidents that had occurred at this location. The Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office confiscated over 100 pieces of evidence and over $29,000.00. Narcotics were also recovered on scene.
The casino and its operation are continuing to be investigated by the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau and charges are expected to be filed soon.
