OHIO – Fall is in the air, and to start out the season right, a Southern Ohio festival will start on the first day of Fall on Wednesday.
The Seaman fall festival is in Seaman Ohio just southwest of Chillicothe in Adams county.
The festival is full of tractor pulls, new vendors for fun shopping, and a parade. The full list of events is below
