PICKAWAY – In November of 2020 a multiple county campaign called operation ICE Up arrested 63 over three counties and a total of 163 total felony counts. This week in Pickaway County the final man that was charged was found guilty.
In 2020 these people charged faced arraignment in Pickaway County Court and any of the individuals that were charged with Engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity received the same bond of 500,000 dollars, anyone who was not charged with Engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity received 100,000 bond.
This in-depth investigation led to the Grand Jury Indictments of 20 people. Of the 20 people indicted, there were 11 people linked to one Drug Trafficking Organization, 3 people linked to another Drug Trafficking Organization, and 6 other people that received Grand Jury Indictments. In the 11-person Drug Trafficking Organization, the Grand Jury handed down a 60-count indictment of various charges, including Engaging In a Pattern of Corrupt Activity (Felony of the 1st degree), Trafficking in Drugs Schedule II (Felony of the 1st degree), Possession of Drugs Schedule II (Felony of the 1st degree) and Theft (Felony of the 5th degree).
In the 3-person Drug Trafficking Organization, the Pickaway County Grand Jury handed down a 14-count indictment of various charges, including Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity (Felony of the 1st degree), Trafficking in Drugs Schedule II (Felony of the 1st degree) and Possession of Drugs (Felony of the 1st degree).
Former Pickaway County Sheriff Robert Radcliff said, “We want everyone to know these people are who were arrested are not getting charged and released, as you can see from the sizable bonds on them the judge is taking these charges seriously.”

According to Pickaway County Sheriff Raheems’s court case took several years due to his representation changing several times in court. This week he appeared in court for the final time to face these charges and was found guilty of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, Illegal Conveyance of
Drugs onto the Grounds of a Detention Facility he was sentenced to 10 – 15 years in prison.
