CHILLICOTHE –A former Chillicothe Principal will be released after being sentenced to two years in January of 2019.
Fisher was sentenced to two years in prison in January of this year on charges of sexual battery after sexual misconduct allegation came out in 2017 by two former students.
Today Ross County Pleas Court told Sciotopost that Jeffery Fisher has been granted a judicial release, and may be released as soon as Thursday, as per the plea deal from his guilty plea.
Fisher was school principal in 2015 and was indicted on seven counts of sexual battery in 2017.
