FRANKLIN COUNTY: A grim warning by the Franklin County Coroners office has been issued due to the high number of deaths caused by drug overdoses in a short period of time.

The Franklin County Coroner, Dr. Anahi Ortiz took to social media at around 2:00P.M. on September 29th with this post.
