CIRCLEVILLE – As per the Pickaway County Sheriffs Office, at approximately 8:51 AM, an alert went out that a tractor trailer had blocked Hegarty Road near US 23 due to getting stuck underneath the bridge. We will let our readers know when its unblocked and available for traffic.
