Pickaway County – Fire Marshalls have been called in after a fire occurred in a commercial building yesterday morning.
Around 2:30 am a structure fire was reported on US-23 in the 24000 block across from Logan Elm village. Th3 caller reported that they could see smoke and flames inside the building. The location a car lot previously a grow light location was said to be in flames. When firefighters arrived on scene, they found several small fires inside the building. The department extinguished the fires, but questions remained on how the fire was started.
The fire marshal was called to the scene to investigate, and are asking the public to report any suspicious activity that was seen.
