Jimmy Neff, 31, of Circleville passed away on February 3, 2019. He was born on December 26, 1987 in Columbus to Timothy and Susan (Martin) Neff Sr. He was preceded in death by grandparents Penny Bloomfield, Beulah and Ronnie Walsh and sister Tymberli Neff. Jimmy is survived by his father Timothy Neff Sr., mother Susan Ramey, daughter Sophia, grandparents Carson (Ginger) Cantrell, Pap Charles (Granny Lorrie) Cassidy, siblings Jamie, Timmy Jr. and Jeanette Neff, Erica (Brady) Clifton, Lisa (Ted) Ramey and Tanya Dixon and by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at Crossroads Church with Joe Neff and David Lattimer officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Cemetery.
