CHILLICOTHE, OH – On June 17, 2024, at 10:32 AM, authorities responded to a report of vandalism at Huntington Middle School located on Huntsman Road. The incident involved several offenses, including criminal mischief, criminal damaging/endangering, vandalism, and breaking and entering.
Upon arrival, the responding officer reviewed camera footage which revealed a juvenile trespassing in restricted areas of the middle school. The footage captured the juvenile engaging in various acts of vandalism, causing damage to school property.
An investigation is currently underway to identify the suspect and assess the full extent of the damage. Authorities are working closely with the school administration to address the incident and ensure the safety and security of the school premises.
