ROSS – Two inmates in the Ross County Juvenile Detention center attempted to riot.
According to Ross County sheriffs office on 10/15/2021 around 11:30am Deputies responded to 184 Cattail Road the Juvenile Detention Center in regards to, two juvenile Males who had assaulted another juvenile inmate with a fire extinguisher and then barricaded themselves inside the Library while attempting to start a riot
The children were charged with Assault – Aggravated; Inciting to
