NELSONVILLE – A Lancaster vehicle was retrieved by police after a stop and arrested
According to police at 10:41AM Officers performed a vehicle stop on W Franklin St. Due to criminal indicators that were observed at the time of stop, K9 Attila was released to perform a free air sniff of the vehicle, to which Attila positively indicated.
A search revealed, drugs and paraphernalia that were seized. LeeAnn Bowen was taken into custody by a HCSO unit for her active warrant.
The vehicle was determined to have been reported stolen out of Lancaster. A local towing company was requested to the scene and the vehicle was towed. The registered owner was contacted and advised that their car was located and when it would be available for them to pick it up.
