Pickaway County – A large controlled burn has been planned for Pickaway County at noon today
According to law enforcement, there will be a prescribed burn today around 12:00 p.m. in the area south of New Holland. All local fire stations will be aware as well as the sheriff’s office. They have all the necessary permits and training required.
This is to create a habitat for wildlife and control invasive species of weeds and grass. This is being completed through the Deer Creek Chapter of Pheasants Forever.
