CIRCLEVILLE – A local woman is looking for a family member who went into foster care 17 years ago and hasn’t been seen since. Several times the family has tried to reconnect with the family member but has not been able to find anything. This is just another chance to reconnect.
Conrad Quinton Parsley was born in 1999 to Brandi Parsley and Eric Diamond who unfortunately, recently passed away. Conrad was born in Zaneville Ohio. His aunt who through the foster process had him temporarily before he was lost in foster care around four years old.
The last information that Aunt Ami Evans has is that known foster family was the Seals who moved to Texas when he was around 4. He has two brothers and several nieces and nephews on his mother’s side plus several siblings on his father’s side.
