A man was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass while intoxicated at a Murphy USA gas station on River Trace Lane in Chillicothe, Ohio.
According to reports, the man, described as a white male wearing a black baseball cap, was acting erratically and harassing both employees, customers, and children. The man reportedly approached an employee and demanded his knife back, then followed another employee to her car and stared at her, then harrassed a child.
When officers arrived, the man initially denied any wrongdoing but officers noted a strong smell of alcohol on him. The man presented a Georgia driver’s license with a name that did not match his appearance.
A search of the man’s person revealed several credit cards and a bus ticket with different names on them. Several items with varying names were found in his possession including several credit cards with the names of “Dillon Jamison” , “Jason Conley” and “Kevin Edenfield”, as well as a bus ticket with the name of “Thomas Heard”.
Pickaway County was called in for use of its rapid ID system that can use facial features to identify someone, but ID did not come back to any matching results. Eventually, the man did identify himself a day later while being held in jail. Jason Conley was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct intoxicated, obstruction of official business, resisting arrest, and falsification
He was arrested and transported to the Ross County Jail. A court date has been scheduled.
