Chillicothe – A man was hit and killed by a Norfolk and Southern Railroad Train on Friday September 21,2018 around 3 pm. The man was struck on the railroad intersection of Three Locks Road, he was traveling by foot when he was struck.
According to Ross County Sheriffs, 36 year old John Milar was pronounced dead at the scene by Ross County Coroner’s Office. No reason was given for the incident and according to police is still under investigation.
