10/7/2019- Officer responded to Fairview Avenue in reference to an MRDD client experiencing emotional issues.
10/7/2019- Officer responded to Family Dollar in reference to a possible active theft.
10/7/2019- Officer responded to South Market Street in reference to the possibility of juveniles being assaulted by parents.
10/8/2019- Officer responded to Northview Avenue in reference to traffic cones being stolen.
10/8/2019- Officer responded to Veteran Memorial Dr. at the request of EMS and Fire Department for a lifting assist with a patient.
10/8/2019- Officer responded to Jefferson Avenue in reference to a dog being loose. Owner was contacted and given a verbal warning.
10/8/2019- Officer was requested by the Sheriff’s Office to locate a specific vehicle and subject who made threats to harm themselves. Officer was able to locate the vehicle in question and held the subject until the Sheriff’s Office arrived to further deal with the incident.
10/8/2019- Officer responded to Short Street in reference to give a death notification requested by Athens Police Department.
10/8/2019- Officer responded to Crown Over lumber in reference to a suspicious male in the area.
10/9/2019- Officer responded to McArthur Manor in reference to a complaint of possible drug use.
10/9/2019- Officer responded to US Hwy 50 east of McArthur in reference to a small fire.
10/9/2019- Officer responded to South Sugar Street in reference to a small fire.
10/9/2019- Officer responded to South Market in reference to a possible domestic dispute.
10/11/2019- Officer responded to West High in reference to an unruly juvenile.
10/11/2019- Officer responded to McArthur Manor in reference to a possible domestic dispute.

10/12/2019- Officer responded to McArthur Manor to assist Vinton County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a missing juvenile.
10/12/2019- Officer responded to North Market in reference to hearing people talk outside of house at night and knocking on door.
10/12/2019- Officer responded to Carpenter Dr. in reference to dispute over dogs.
10/12/2019- Officer responded to McArthur Park in reference to caller being possibly followed.
10/12/2019- Officer responded to McArthur Park Drive in reference to juveniles being bullied.
10/12/2019- Officer responded to Veteran Memorial in reference to verbal domestic dispute.
10/12/2019- Officer responded to South Market in reference to a possible structure fire. Fire Department was cancelled when Officer determined it was a false report.
10/13/2019- Officer responded to Clarkes’ Pump N Shop in reference to a possible debit card theft.
10/14/2019- Officer responded to North Market in reference to a 911 hang-up.
10/14/2019- Officer responded to South Market in reference to a 911 hang-up.
10/14/2019- Officers were called in reference to a possible sexual assault of a juvenile. Case was transferred to the Sheriff’s Office once the Officer determined the incident occurred outside the Village.
