OHIO – Over 50 members of the Ohio House of Representatives have requested that Attorney General Dave Yost challenge a mandate that they say is “unconstitutional”
On September 9, 2021, President Biden announced an executive order that requires all Federal employees to get the COVID-19 vaccine, as well as a plan to mandate that all businesses greater than 100 mandate COVID-19 vaccines or test their employees weekly.
Ohio House Representatives defined this as, “unconstitutional” and asks in a press release, “to immediately pursue every legal recourse available, including filing a lawsuit and injunction to halt executive order.”
