Minnesota Man Breaks World Record for Heaviest Pumpkin at 2,749 Pounds

California – The 50th annual World Championship Pumpkin Weigh-Off is now in the record book in Half Moon Bay after a Minnesota Man broke the world record.

Travis Gienger, who traveled the pumpkin from Minnesota to California won 30,000 dollars in prize money and the record.

The previous record was recorded in 2021 in Italy at 2,700 pounds.

Gienger weighed heavy last year also at 2,560 pounds. He is a teacher and has been growing for several years. He was crowned today.
