PORTSMOUTH – A 15-year-old is missing and police are reaching out to find her.
Accoridng to police Jessica Jose has been missing since 2/21/22 at 9 am. She is from Mcdermott Ohio. She was last seen wearing tan pants, red and blue and a Northwest school jacket.
