ROSS – Ross County Sheriff is attempting to locate 61-year-old Ricky Leadingham. Mr. Leadingham was reported missing by family members and was last seen earlier today in Pickaway County. He was last known to be driving a 2015 black Toyota Truck Ohio Registration CEA7976.
